The FAST™ LSX™ 78mm intake manifold delivers maximum torque and throttle response for GEN III LS1, LS2, and LS6 street performance applications. With its high-velocity throttle body bore, the LSX™ 78mm intake performs best in the off-idle and midrange areas. Although the LSX™ 78mm reaches its highest potential when used with the matching LSX™ Throttle Body, it will also deliver great performance with a stock GM throttle body. Corvette owners running a drive-by-wire system will want to run their factory 78mm throttle body in order to retain the drive-by-wire function. With its high-flow throttle body bore, the LSX™ 90mm intake offers superb performance in the midrange and upper-RPM areas. The LSX™ 90mm intake must be used with the matching LSX™ 90mm Throttle Body. Corvette owners running a drive-by-wire system will need to run a GM LS2 throttle body in order to retain the drive-by-wire function.
